The balcony view was lovely, and both the room and the new bathroom were spotless. Riccardo looked after the room daily, changed the included towels every few days, and was always ready to help. Kemonia is within walking distance of the center, with good breakfast and air conditioning. Though Google lists it as a 2 star hotel, the quality felt better than many 4 star places I’ve stayed. Riccardo was a wonderful host, and we’re grateful for our stay.

The rooms are modern, clean, and roomier than expected, and breakfast each morning was a great spread. The host was exceptionally welcoming and speaks English very well. It’s right in the center of town, a handy base for visiting Sicily. Our only small suggestion is to replace some of the very flat pillows. We’d happily stay again.

Ricardo was lovely, made us breakfast each morning, and kindly arranged our trip to the airport. We stayed for three nights in a clean place with big rooms, close to the city center and just a short walk from the sights. Great location, and I’d highly recommend it.

A clean, traditional place with a thoughtful, friendly host and a lovely balcony view. The elevator is quite small, so it may not suit people who are loud or big.

The WiFi was the one weak point, since it wasn’t very stable. Otherwise, the host was really nice, the location was convenient, and the room had enough space.
