Nothing in the apartment worked, including the TV, washing machine, coffee machine, and AC. I'd asked Flavio before arriving whether I could use the washer and coffee machine, and he said yes to both. The place is beside a restaurant, so nights and mornings are loud, and there are lots of homeless people in the area. I didn't feel safe, especially from dawn through the night. Check-in was chaotic and unprofessional. Flavio was unbelievably rude, and I found him a blackmailing liar and scammer. This was the worst apartment experience ever. Do not book.

Roberta welcomed us and was very nice, helpful, and responsive. We really appreciated the check-in. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, clean, and well equipped, right in the heart of Palermo near all the main attractions. Parking is available for 20 Euro per day.

The apartment was beautiful and roomy, with a private garage, and it's right in the center. The guy who met us was really nice, waited for us, and explained everything clearly.

It's an apartment in an old building, right in central Palermo, with all the amenities. They'll even point you to places for cannoli. What else do you need?

We appreciated how clean both the apartment and bathroom were. There were two small things that stopped it feeling great: the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet and a bit wobbly, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The location is excellent, right in the center, though the bedroom faces a little square and gets some noise. That's to be expected in this spot. Having an elevator in a historic building is unusual, especially with the apartment on the top floor, where the stairs are steep and challenging.
