The staff were so sweet and generous, and everything was cleaned thoroughly every day. The place is spotless, and the outdoor area is beautiful. Each room has AC, and the rooms are set up thoughtfully with a modern feel. The twin rooms have especially soft, comfortable mattresses. Everything is brand new, and it's easy to walk to both the city center and the ocean harbor port. The bathroom is shared by two rooms, but it's large and gets natural light through a skylight. The rooms are very noisy because the doors are thin and close together. The neighbors below the top rooms also play music so loudly that it blows out their speakers, so this isn't a good choice for light sleepers. I used earplugs and a fan noise app at night. Every morning they made espresso and served a huge assortment of breakfast. I'd absolutely stay here again.

I booked the wrong date by mistake more than seven months ago. Within minutes of the booking being processed, I sent a message explaining the error and asking to cancel and get a refund. The host completely refused. They seem to care only about money, with no human decency. I would never recommend this host or choose to stay with them.

We were in the first room beside reception, where staff chatted loudly without considering that guests next door might be asleep. Outside noise was unbearable at times and carried on until 4:00 AM, with the thin windows doing little to block it. The soundproofing in the hotel and rooms is very poor. The location is good for getting around the city and port without a car. I'd actually advise against bringing one, since there's no parking and the streets are narrow. The hotel has potential, but guests would appreciate some improvements.

Breakfast is homemade with fresh, authentic ingredients, and the staff are helpful, very friendly and welcoming. This brand new B&B sits in the heart of Palermo, with large, comfortable rooms, modern furnishings and a distinctive style. The care put into every detail really shows. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo!
