Room 2 was bright, spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a little fridge. The shower was large, spotless, and everything felt new. Le Rose del Viale has only three rooms, so Alessia gives you personal attention. She was a wonderful hostess, always smiling and happy to answer questions, even after I'd left Palermo. Ask her where to eat, her suggestions won't disappoint. From the station, take local bus 124, then walk about five minutes. Breakfast came with coffee, pastries, Alessia's lovely greeting, and a garden with banana trees. I loved staying here and recommend it to everyone.

After long days out, it was lovely to relax in the courtyard, and the common areas are well equipped for breakfast or a quick meal. The building is beautiful and the place is completely peaceful. The owner was friendly, professional, and helpful. For my sightseeing trip, the location was convenient for getting around on foot and close to the city center. My room was spacious, tidy, and immaculately clean, with a well-kept vintage style, air conditioning, a fridge, TV, and excellent internet. Highly recommended, and a well-earned five stars.

The owners were friendly and very helpful. It's easy to reach Palermo's center on foot from this beautiful B&B in a historic building. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and all the comforts, including a lovely private garden courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast in peace. Highly recommended.

We stayed four nights at the B&B "Le Rose del Viale B&B Palermo" and felt at home. Alessia is so kind and great at everything, she's become like my cousin. The room was cozy and spotless, and the B&B welcoming, with a beautiful garden where you can relax. I'd give Alessia 20 out of 10. Hope to come back for another holiday. Alessia is kind and always available if you need anything. The place is quiet, welcoming, tidy, and clean, not far from the center. My room had all the comforts, including air conditioning, a fridge, and an en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was generous. Highly recommended.
