Le Stanze Di Irma

One of the best places.

I've stayed here before and am always happy to come back. You get coffee capsules, and there's a breakfast room with water, toast, and jam. That was more than enough for me, though in Palermo I'd go out and get a croissant! The owners are friendly, polite, and helpful, and can give you whatever information you need. The rooms are clean and fully equipped, with a small shared balcony and chairs and a table. The bathrooms have been renovated and come with what you need, including towels, detergents, and a hairdryer. The location is very convenient whether you're traveling on foot, by car, or by bus. The main bus stops for the city center and Mondello are only a few meters away, as are the taxi stand and shared taxi stop. Paid parking is in front, and useful shops like a bakery, bar, tobacconist, and pharmacy are nearby. When you arrive, they give you keys to your room, apartment, and building so you can come and go independently. Highly recommended!

The owner runs this B&B with care and kindness. It's on one of Palermo's main streets, with good public transport, but set away from the hustle and bustle. I'd definitely come back.
