Maximum Hub Suite&Spa

We left after just one night, which I’ve never done before, because the room was uncomfortable and things weren’t working. We booked fairly last minute on Booking.com, where the property has great reviews, though I can’t understand why. The advertised sauna wouldn’t get above 34 degrees Celsius because one heater wasn’t working. When I raised it, I was told that was normal. Later, when I said the sauna was one reason we’d left, they said I must have pressed the wrong button. Nobody had explained how to use it when I first reported the problem. There was only coffee at breakfast. They later claimed there were other items, but none were out. We also had no check-in details. After I mentioned we’d left, the host said they’d sent them, then sent them through Booking.com, which felt like an attempt to cover one of my complaints. I expect the owner will say this review is false, as they apparently have with other negative reviews. When I asked for proof of where the check-in and breakfast information had been sent, they said they didn’t need to explain anything because they were a serious company and operated like one. That’s an ironic attitude for a hospitality business, and they were very rude when I told them we’d gone. If you want a relaxing stay, I wouldn’t choose this place. As for the city view from the balcony, see for yourself.
