Francesca was kind and attentive to what we needed, and I’d gladly recommend the apartment to couples or families. It’s peaceful despite being right by central Palermo sights, including the waterfront, Palazzo Abatellis, the botanical gardens and Quattro Canti, all within easy reach. Inside, there’s a spacious living room and kitchen opening onto a gorgeous terrace with city views. The beds are very comfortable and sleep four. No TV, but there are plenty of useful books and brochures about Palermo, plus Wi-Fi.

We loved how quiet the house was, even though the main monuments are easy to reach on foot. Everything looked like the website photos, and the place had all the comforts we needed. Downstairs there’s a good trattoria at fair prices, plus Chiluzzo, the greengrocer, who makes a great salad for almost nothing. Francesca welcomed us like old friends and shared loads of helpful tips. We had such a lovely stay and will come back to Palermo, and to this warm welcome. See you soon! Stay: April 19-26, 2018. Mariolina, Fabio, and Flavia 😊😊😊
