The staff at reception and in the restaurant made the stay feel personal, warm, and attentive. The hotel restaurant is a really good fine-dining spot, so I’d suggest trying the half-board option for at least one night. The price was very reasonable, especially compared with the rest of Italy. There was a small scare at checkout when my prepaid Expedia booking hadn’t been recorded automatically and they wanted to charge me again. They found the payment in another system, so it was all sorted, but it gave me a skipped heartbeat. The rooms are tasteful, modern, and luxurious while still feeling cozy. The bed, pillow, and sheets were so comfortable that my Oura ring health-tracker showed I spent much longer than usual in deep sleep. It’s a newly renovated boutique hotel on a clean, quiet, spacious square just off Via Vittorio Emanuele. The airport bus stops on Via Roma are only a few minutes away on foot, which makes the location very convenient for visitors. Palazzo Cartari is a real gem in Palermo, highly recommended.

The staff were the best part, so kind and helpful. Thank you, Anastasia and Alessandra, for being so thoughtful and for the good advice. The room was huge, comfortable, and spotless, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is wonderful and perfectly located. We’ll definitely come back.

The front office team were super attentive and friendly, and the room was great. I especially liked the shower and bathtub, the endless room, and those great curtains. And Silvio, here’s looking at you for making me all those coffees.

Anastasia from the hotel team was lovely and took such good care of us. We had a charming room with very comfortable bedding, though the shower leaked a little. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The hotel’s in a vibrant, safe neighborhood. Just remember it’s in a ZTL, so the hotel needs to register your vehicle’s plate for your entire stay.
