The Garden unit was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, a lovely place to unwind after exploring. Hotel Palazzo Natoli itself is beautiful, elegantly restored, and full of charm that suits Palermo. We stayed for two nights in early February, and the Cathedral is just around the corner, with everything else we wanted to see within an easy walk. The staff made it even better: everyone was warm, welcoming, and helpful, with smiles and great recommendations. Their attention to detail gave the hotel a relaxed, memorable feel. A perfect Palermo stay, highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and gave us helpful local tips, and the breakfast itself was delicious with great service. We did find it a bit of a hassle to choose our breakfast items the night before. The rooms are small but very clean, and this is a lovely little boutique hotel right in the middle of everything, an easy walk to the 4 Corners, the water, and the station. We loved our stay.

A quiet refuge from all the activity, just off the noisy main street. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the location made it easy to walk in any direction. Each morning brought a lovely breakfast, and the staff were genuine, warm, and ready to help us find our way. Their recommendations for meals and sites were excellent. Highly recommended!

Andrea deserves a special thanks for the great suggestions on restaurants, bars, and activities. The staff were great, the breakfast delicious, and the room nice and comfortable. Everything's in the middle of the historic center. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nice and well located, though a little loud. Breakfast was OK, but having to stick to set eating times was inconvenient.
