The breakfast was delicious, and parking on the streets around the house was easy. The hosts were kind, flexible, and helpful. I can recommend this place 🙂.

We booked two rooms for a work trip, one for me and one for a colleague. The room wasn't serviced on the final day, and our towels weren't changed during the four days. When I raised it, the owner referred to a supposed "regulation" about changing towels every three days. The towels we'd left on the floor were just hung back up. The air conditioning didn't work, one room had no soap on the first day, and breakfast amounted to being told to "go to that bar" a few hundred meters away. After I sent a perfectly polite message about these ordinary service problems, the owner called me in an aggressive, out-of-control state, shouting and insulting me. He called me a "rabbit" and used other words I don't want to repeat, then said I should have come in person "if I had the balls." I was telling him I was leaving for a flight. The calls were intimidating and completely inappropriate for a host. I had written only once, two days earlier, to ask him to correct receipts he'd entered incorrectly. He insisted the receipts should reflect what he claimed Expedia paid him, rather than what I'd actually paid by POS. Yet he accused me of bothering him several times that evening, called me a liar, and said none of my complaints were true. I also received threatening, insulting phone calls in response to my message. I have recordings of them in case I need to dispute what happened. One room's payment was requested several days early through a WhatsApp link, even though on-site payment was an option. The tourist tax was charged twice, once in the online payment and again when we arrived. This place is beautiful and deserves responsible management, but the service failures, errors, and especially the verbal abuse mean I absolutely can't recommend it.

The room itself was fine, but it didn't have the balcony promised in the description. The whole complex was extremely noisy, to the point that every sound seemed to be in our own room, and the staff were very unfriendly. We arrived the night before, and there was some laundry lying around after a quick shopping trip. On our first morning, we told the cleaner in person she didn't need to come that day and left a note on the door. They entered anyway, then sent us a video saying the room was too messy. Privacy was completely ignored. Another day, the door was left open; when I mentioned it, I was told that couldn't be right. Breakfast was a pastry of our choice from a small bakery and a coffee.
