The room was nice and had a balcony. The service was great, and the location is cool, close to both the historic center and the seafront.

It’s quiet, clean, and pleasant, with good air conditioning. The place is close to the city center and the harbor. Just be aware there’s no iron.

The rooms are new and very clean, and everything was straightforward. It’s right by the center of Palermo.

Finding a place to park was impossible.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, and the location was excellent. But the ground-floor room had damp damage in both the room and bathroom. Three electric air fresheners gave me a headache, and I even found a cockroach in the bathroom. Noise was another problem: the doors slammed, the walls did little to block sound from the neighboring room, and the breakfast room was right beside us with a door that wouldn't shut properly. Maybe the rooms upstairs are better.
