The owner was polite whenever we needed help, and the room was beautiful. The location is really convenient, close to Centro historico and within walking distance of the bus stop from the airport. If I ever return to Palermo, I’d definitely stay at chamur again.

Before we even arrived, our stay at Residenze Chamur was already off to a great start. The staff were so warm and clearly cared about their guests. Our room was clean and had everything we needed in Palermo. I’d highly recommend it if you want somewhere nice in a strategic location.

The staff were all great and did so much to make us comfortable. Our room was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we needed, with high-end facilities. Breakfast and coffee were amazing. The stay went beyond what I expected.

We were left waiting for over an hour after being locked out at check-in, and they insisted we send personal details through a link that seemed sketchy. Later, management came into our room without permission and moved our belongings. There was no invoice and no accountability. I felt there was no respect for guests. Stay somewhere else in Palermo.

The location was the only thing I liked. Our experience with the hotel and management was terrible. Once guests have checked in, they seem to treat them as if they’re worth nothing. We had a complaint, and management told us that one bad comment was better than two. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
