The hosts were friendly and very helpful, but several parts of the stay disappointed us. The room itself was clean, renovated, and had air conditioning. The building sits in a rough-feeling neighborhood, though, and there was a sewage smell in the entrance from the moment we arrived that never cleared. It didn't get into the room, but we couldn't open the window: the balcony faced the neighboring house, with laundry right in view, and noise from nearby homes was loud. We'd understood breakfast to be included, but instead received 5 euro vouchers for a lovely cafe across from the cathedral. The listing also mentioned free parking nearby without warning that driving there means entering the restricted traffic zone, which could lead to a fine.

The location worked perfectly for me, tucked just behind the cathedral in the city center. It's a quiet spot, even though the neighborhood is working-class and has plenty of character. My room was peaceful too, and Veronica gave me far more help and personal attention than I would expect from a place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast with a view of one of the city's landmarks was a special experience. The staff were kind and ready to help, and the B&B itself feels intimate and welcoming in a central spot. Rooms are clean, cared for, and furnished with taste. A good fit if you want comfort and a genuine feel in Palermo's historic center.

Parking took a few loops around the area before we finally found a spot, but we had a lovely stay. The B&B is central, new, clean, and well looked after, with spacious rooms and friendly, helpful owners. We only stayed a few nights and wished it had been longer. We'll come back for sure, and I recommend it.
