The balcony view was amazing, and we even got to practice our Italian, which was really fun. I stayed at Serafino in July this summer and had a great time. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the manager Hassan was wonderful. My friend and I ran into a problem on our first day, and Hassan sorted it out and made us lunch even though it wasn't part of the bill. I'd happily stay again on another Palermo trip, and highly recommend the place.

Hasan was such a polite, caring, and friendly host. The rooms and decor were great, and the place was clean and well located. You can hear some traffic and street noise, but after a full day out exploring it didn't bother me. Breakfast was great too!!!

The room had a fantastic view, and the people working here were kind and really helpful. I had an amazing stay and would definitely book here again next time I'm in Palermo. Highly recommend.

The bedrooms were lovely and had great views, and breakfast was very good. Everyone was so friendly, and the location is right in the center. Staying here was a pleasure and one of the best parts of my holiday.

Good value, with staff who were helpful and really friendly. My one suggestion would be to add air conditioning to the rooms. At the moment there's just a fan for cooling.
