Valeria was a great host and speaks German and English fluently, as well as Italian. The apartment is big and gives you lots of space on a small budget, though there are stairs to climb. The location is great too. I'd definitely stay again on my next visit to Palermo.

The host was so welcoming and put a lot of effort into making sure we had a good stay. She marked sights and things to do on a city map for us, and had water, milk, coffee, and tea ready in the fridge to get us started. I really recommend it.

A warm, pleasant interior and a great location, but the staff are what made the place especially nice. Valeria is incredibly kind and helpful. Ask about her homemade marmalade, it's worth trying.

We loved our week in this lovely apartment right in the heart of Palermo. It was easy to get to all kinds of places, from buses to monuments and markets. Valeria welcomed us so warmly and did everything she could to make us comfortable, even telling us about the city's history. Big hug to Valeria, we'll keep you in our hearts. Highly recommended.
