It's a little out of the way, though there are some good local restaurants nearby. The Norman Chapel and Cathedral are 15 minutes away. The place looks modest from the outside, but the rooms are very good, with nice views. It's a lovely little spot, very clean and accommodating.

It wasn't as advertised.

The rooms feel homey and are nicely furnished, and the owner is helpful and always replies on WhatsApp. Still, they could be cleaner. The shower cubicle has a lot of mold on the silicone, which looks really bad and could be dealt with for a few euros. Some rooms have heavy carpets, a problem for people with allergies, and the corridor's shared kitchen leads to a terrace where bathroom fittings and other waste are stored. It's a shame, since the view from there takes in the whole city. There isn't a sign outside the B&B, just a doorbell. It's actually an apartment in a condominium, two minutes from the courthouse. After a few steps at the entrance, there's an elevator. The apartment has several rooms, all with air conditioning and bathrooms. Check-in and check-out are self-service. Keep some battery on your phone when you arrive, since you'll need to call the owner for his PIN to get in and collect your keys. The location is central, though the area has garbage all over. The price feels a little high for what's offered, but apparently it's about average for the area.
