Picking a place in Palermo was hard with so many hotels to choose from, but SOSOTE NORMANNE felt right as soon as I saw it. We came as eight friends to celebrate a birthday, and everyone loved how clean and cozy it was, with everything a traveler needs. With only four rooms, Soste Normanne has a small, personal feel. Nunzio is warm and attentive without hovering, and the shared kitchen and dining room, regular housekeeping, and relaxed atmosphere made it suit both a cultural break and a work trip. Rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a safe, and complimentary water. Breakfast is a light Italian option at a special price in the café across the street, a nice way to start the day locally. The building is an early 20th-century property restored with care. Exposed stone, carpeted floors, and frescoed ceilings sit alongside modern design and subtle lighting, giving it a mix of historic character and contemporary comfort. The address is Via Villaermosa 16, just a few steps from Teatro Massimo. Via Roma, the Politeama Theatre, and the historic center are all a short walk away. It’s a charming, understated place for couples or families, and the quality for this location is hard to beat if you want to explore on foot.
