4/10
The apartment looked nice, but it was completely impractical and very dirty. There wasn't a knife, corkscrew, cutlery, sugar, coffee pods, garbage bags, or a full roll of toilet paper. The fridge was empty, the buckets had no liners, and there were no spare sheets for our five nights, even though we had two small children. Dust covered everything from the floor to the headboards. It felt like nobody expected guests. The private parking they mentioned wasn't there, and the phone number I was told to call to give our arrival time didn't work. Someone who let me in said he'd handle the cleaning himself the next day, but that never happened. I was really disappointed, especially given what I paid. Shameful.

Bright, spacious and well cared for, with good services and a central location. Parking nearby can be difficult.

The apartment was comfortable, but the sofa bed really wasn't. The location was okay, though the neighborhood didn't feel safe to walk around after dark.
