Davide was quick to respond and dependable whenever something came up, and communication with him was great. The apartment was cozy and clean, with beautiful old-fashioned tiles on both the floor and ceiling that gave it the feel of an elegant Sicilian home. Suite Dreams sits right in Palermo's historic center, among museums, churches, bars, clubs and restaurants. I'd happily return and recommend it.

The host was warm and helpful, and the place felt clean and welcoming. Its convenient position made it easy to enjoy the heart of Palermo. We had a fantastic stay and would strongly recommend it to visitors.

Davide is a caring, welcoming host, and the apartment is both clean and elegant. A great spot for a holiday in Palermo.

The owner was kind, and the apartment is very central, but one star feels generous. There was dust everywhere, cobwebs and ants in the bathroom. With my two little girls, it was hard when they couldn't put anything down. The camp beds in the living room had sofa cushions, and even the sheets were dusty. Luckily we only had to stay one night. I paid without making a fuss since that isn't my style, but I wouldn't go back or recommend it. The photos don't reflect what it's actually like.

The location was good, and the host was helpful, but the property itself was old and not very clean. What we found didn't match the reservation shown on the website. When we raised the issue, we were told the place we had seen was already rented. That response felt shabby and made no sense to us. I'll look elsewhere next time.
