The excellent location is the only good thing I can say about this place. It was filthy, with floors so dirty we had to keep our shoes on, and the kitchen had no proper amenities. The cleaners came in before our stay was over, without knocking. Afterward, we raised a long list of problems with the company and got evasive, insincere replies. They offered 10% off a future visit, but why would we book with them again? The listing's flowery descriptions were a huge letdown. Stay at your own risk. I'd only stay here if I had absolutely no other choice.

We were left waiting on the street with our bags when the staff member arrived late, even though we'd been told to be punctual for the 3 pm check-in. Later, staff entered without warning before the 10 am checkout. The apartment was awful: filthy floors, furniture, surfaces and windows; broken items everywhere; a TV remote that didn't work; curtains hanging off their tracks; only a few working outlets; poor lighting; and a leaking, broken shower head that made bathing almost impossible. The bed advertised as a queen was a small double at best. When we complained, they were rude and had an excuse for everything. I've stayed in plenty of basic, often cheap places, but this was the worst by far. I'd give it minus five stars if I could.
