They cleaned and serviced the room every two days. Great room and service, I’d definitely recommend it.

The owner was kind and checked in to see if we needed anything, and the hallway coffee was complimentary, well stocked, and pretty good. Our room was modern, large, and had a very unusual, fun open bathroom. It didn’t have a view, but that was okay. We had an amazing stay.

Giuseppe was a really sweet, cool host and helped us store our bags since we had a late afternoon train. The place was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with the city center and Central Station just a few steps down the street. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

Once we found the entrance and figured out how to get in, the room was good, clean, and modern. The instructions for finding the small door weren’t very clear, and we hadn’t realized from the booking that the hotel was unmanned. The hotel sends instructions through WhatsApp. Tourist tax has to be paid in cash and left in the room, so bring the exact amount. It’s a simple but good place to sleep, especially if you’re travelling, with the central station just around the corner for buses and trains around the island or to the airport.

The rooms smell musty, the air conditioning doesn’t work, and opening the skylight makes it feel like you’re inside a helicopter.
