We were looking for convenient parking in the city center, but the steep ramp was awful. Our SUV couldn’t make it up without braking several times, and after going in, it smelled burnt, like our souls by the time we tried to leave. You’ll have to decide for yourself.

It’s a typical Sicilian parking lot close to the ZTL, with several spaces, around 100 if I remember right. The price depends on the size of the car and can be 2€ to 3€ per car. When we arrived on 08/05 at about 12.50, the person we spoke to gave us a ticket showing the time we left the car, the parking address, and the plate number. We parked from 12.50 to 15.50 and paid 2€|h. We had a good experience. You do need to know Italian, though Google Translate makes things possible these days. Thank you.

They charged 20€/day instead of the promised 15€. The staff were unfriendly, and the place was dark and closed on Saturday, which they hadn’t told us. I’d specifically said I’d come back at 8:00 the next morning. They keep moving the cars around, so there’s a risk of scratches. If you’ve already parked there and are reading this too late, get your car out and use the next garage a few meters away. I should’ve done that.

AVOID!! The guy gave us his number so we could let him know when we’d be back to park, in case we returned late and the place was closed. Then he started sending inappropriate messages during the night. We felt really unsafe and uncomfortable because they had our keys and car. If you don’t want to be harassed, don’t go here!
