The restaurant next door served excellent food, and we’d recommend it. We’d had a stressful day after our flights were cancelled, then made a last-minute booking through the airline at Villa Lampedusa. The manager and staff were wonderful. The manager helped arrange transfers to and from the hotel, and was so accommodating that we asked to stay a second night while waiting for our rescheduled flight.

The rooms felt old and gloomy, and I found the staff rather impolite. They charged me more than the websites did, even though I booked directly. Nobody told me breakfast wasn’t offered, not even coffee. They also kept my ID without telling me, and when I returned at 1 pm to get it, nobody was there. There was still nobody at 8 pm. Since they had my ID and no one was available for checkout, I stayed an extra night, then got attitude for not telling them I was staying. The parking area is spacious, which was nice.

The room was spacious and finished to a high standard, and the staff were very helpful. There’s private, secure parking and the location is peaceful, with a lovely view. It’s right by La Braciera, the best restaurant ever, so you have to go. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Sicily.

They’re rude on the phone and hang up when you ask questions. I’d never stay there. Ridiculous.

Really lovely place. My executive room was great, everything worked, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it, thanks!
