The location is excellent, but the property was badly maintained. We asked for rooms with five beds. One room with two beds was fine, but in the other, a bed had broken slats; it was later replaced with a fold-out bed. The living room bed had an old mattress, and strange little creatures were crawling out of it. The garden with the barbecue was dirty and overgrown with weeds. When you rent a place, it should be clean, right? After I complained, the property was taken off Booking.com for a long time, so I couldn’t leave a review then. Bad experience.

We found the villa very comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely, well-kept garden. There’s a large solarium reached by a spiral staircase, plus a garden barbecue area with a sink. The outdoor laundry room has a second fridge. Inside, it’s spacious, with a living room opening onto a porch and seating area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The residential area is quiet, and Mondello beach is around 300 meters away. A supermarket and basic shops are about 1 km away.
