For the price, this was a disappointment. It cost more than any other place we stayed on this trip, but wasn't the best. The quiet atmosphere and convenient location were good, and it did have the advertised parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast. But details were overlooked, especially cleanliness in the bathroom. I think the bed was okay, or at least I hope so, though light-colored sheets would have put my mind at ease. Friendliness matters in this line of work, but it can't make up for everything else. I doubt this review will make a difference, since it comes down to personal sensitivity and standards.

The room and bathroom were cramped and dirty, there was no bidet, and hot water was barely available. The kitchen isn't usable, with rusty pans and dishes that don't even belong in a landfill. Breakfast is nonexistent. The stairs make it unsuitable for strollers and prams, so be careful. I strongly advise against staying here.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and even came out to serve us breakfast on New Year's Day. We stayed for New Year's Eve, and the place was fantastic, especially with the snow around. It's also close to the Magicland amusement park.

A simple place if cleanliness is what you're after. The rooms were very clean, with bathrooms and TVs. The location is fairly convenient, and there's parking.

Mrs. Vincenza was lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. We had a great time during our 2 days with family on July 19th and 20th. The rooms were fresh and clean, and breakfast was excellent. We'll definitely be back. Best wishes from Serena and her family.
