Every corner has its own charm, and waking up here felt like a blessing. The whole place has a dreamlike vibe that puts you at ease right away. The people were kind, always smiling, and helpful, and they made me feel at home. Thanks so much for making my trip easier. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff were really nice. They recommended the best pizzeria in town and politely answered all our questions. We booked that same day for one night and checked in online without a problem. There’s parking, breakfast is okay, and the hotel is right in the center of the beautiful, nine-pointed medieval city of Palmanova. The main problem was the heating. The room hadn’t been heated at all before we arrived, and turning up the temperature with the AC didn’t help, even though it ran all night. The radiators are huge, but only 2-3 of their 12 sections got warm. Apart from that the room was okay, and I’m sure it’s fine in summer.

Palmanova is a beautiful little town, and it’s worth walking to the main square in the evening, when plenty of restaurants and bars are open. As a stop on a long journey, this place is recommended: it’s close to the highway, the bed is very comfortable, and breakfast is delicious. The room and bathroom are very small, but adequate for a night. The parking situation was frustrating. The courtyard parking was advertised as free when I booked, and the hotel confirmed that it was free. A few days before the trip, they told me it would cost 10 euros per day. That’s not right. The room and parking gate use the same seven-digit code, which you can get at reception. It’s almost impossible to park in front of the hotel, but there’s a large free parking lot nearby.

The rooms are nice and quite spacious, with a roomy bathroom, and the staff are very friendly. We always stay here when we’re in Palmanova. Breakfast isn’t bad, though it’s very Italian style, so be warned. There’s no proper fridge: the little cooling box barely gets cold, and we could really use one while staying in Palmanova.
