Piccolo Hotel

The rooms were clean, and everyone was friendly. I was here for three business nights, and the fair price included a generous breakfast. A really great stay, and a very pleasant surprise! :D

The bus stop nearby makes it possible to get to Bergamo city center, though the location itself is a bit basic. All the staff were friendly, and breakfast was more than adequate. The price was very fair, too. My room had everything I needed and was better than I expected. I stayed three days and two nights, but there was a loud static-like noise in the room the whole time. I unplugged all the electronics and it still kept going, which was strange. Even so, I had a fantastic stay.

They even served me breakfast before the breakfast room had opened. I didn't have a car on this trip, and the staff went out of their way to find me a way to the nearest train station, which they managed to do. They're incredibly friendly. The rooms are very clean, with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast has a limited selection, but the food they serve is high quality, and the prices are good.

Thomas, the manager, was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. He found us a restaurant and even got us a discount. I stayed one work night with four colleagues. The hotel is small but welcoming, and the rooms are very large and tidy. I had a great time, and would definitely stay here again if I pass through the area.
