Hotel Cincotta was a highlight of our Sicily and Aeolian Islands trip. We spent five nights there in July 2025, and it felt close to perfect. The terraces have breathtaking views, and the saltwater pool is beautiful. Breakfast each morning was a real treat and a great way to start the day. The staff made the stay especially memorable: thanks to Niccolo at the bar for your wonderful hospitality, and to Marina at the front desk for her warm welcome and helpful recommendations. We can't recommend the hotel enough and are already hoping to return. A five-star experience all around.

Hotel Cincotta is a great choice for a peaceful, scenic break. The pool area is gorgeous, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a balcony looking out over the ocean. I highly recommend it.

Dinner was a highlight, with traditional dishes and fish cooked really well, and the evening atmosphere felt magical. The hotel sits on a cliff with panoramic views, right in the heart of Panarea. Its pool was a lovely place to relax and catch the sun, especially in the hot season. A beautiful little hotel for a couple's stay. Mr. Barra does a great job, and special thanks to Cinzia at reception.

The staff at reception were very friendly, and it was easy to get around the small island from this spot right by the port and in the centre. Our room looked out over the ocean, which was so relaxing. Breakfast had a nice Italian and continental mix, with fresh farm eggs cooked when you asked. I only wish there were more day beds around the pool, since you have to get there early. Would definitely recommend.

They took care of every need I had, and I already want to return to Panarea just to stay here again. The room was gorgeous, with a huge balcony, and breakfast was superb. The staff were simply the best, almost like family. Spectacular hotel!!!!!
