A lovely place with a great host!

After our horseback ride, we spent the rest of the day relaxing by the beautiful farm pool and enjoying a wonderful lunch prepared by Raffaella. The animals were well cared for, and the staff were kind and helpful, even though it was our first time doing this. Selene made us feel comfortable straight away and shared her passion for the work. Poggio del Pero is a beautiful spot in nature with a fantastic view. We arranged the farm visit as a gift for a friend, and from my first contact with Raffaella and Selene, they were professional and helped us with every need. They organized all the little details and made it a fantastic day. The whole family was so kind, and the place enchanted us. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back soon.

The pool was a lovely bonus on hot summer days, and the agriturismo offers things like horse rides in nature, trips to nearby historic towns and tastings of local products. The rooms are comfortable, nicely furnished and very clean, with wonderful views over the countryside. Poggio del Pero is nestled in the Umbrian hills and has a welcoming, relaxing feel, just right for a break from everyday life. The owners are very hospitable and ready to help with a smile. It feels like an ideal place for a restorative stay in beautiful, homey surroundings. We can't wait to return!
