Giusy and Gianfranco were incredibly helpful when a weather emergency disrupted my trip. My flight was postponed and then canceled, so I had to leave the island the following day. Even with little notice and the airline handling things poorly, Giusy quickly arranged a room for the night and made sure I had what I needed, including transport the next day. I'm very grateful for their support and hospitality.

The setting is so peaceful, with dammusi among succulents and palm trees, and patios for relaxing. Some have lovely sea views, and the interiors feel thoughtfully and distinctively furnished. It was easy to unwind here, away from everyday stress, and I’d happily come back. The location also made exploring Pantelleria straightforward, with shops, bakeries, bars, markets, and a pharmacy nearby. Each dammuso has cooking facilities, though the owners’ advice is useful for finding good places to try local seafood. A great way to enjoy the island.

On my first trip to Pantelleria, Dammuso La Ninfa was just right for two. Gianfranco and Giusi were lovely hosts and always ready with useful suggestions. The April blossoms were beautiful, too. Come to La Kuddia, you won't regret it.

We’ve been coming back to Kuddia for more than 10 years, which says plenty about how much we like it. The place is peaceful, the details are carefully looked after, and Giusy and Gianfranco are attentive to their guests. Every stay feels relaxing and pleasant.

La Kuddia in Kamma puts shops and all kinds of services within easy reach, and the two owners help make the island accessible to discerning visitors. We first found La Kuddia years ago, and it has been our regular place to stay in Pantelleria ever since. Gianfranco and Giusi feel like friends now, and they make sure guests have what they need. There are no beaches, but you can swim in many places from easy-to-reach platforms or rocks. Boat trips are reasonably priced. Around the island, Lake Venus stands out for its beauty, healing waters, and mud baths; Gadir has hot pools beside the sea, and there’s a natural sauna in Benikulà cave. You can continue the hike from Sibà to see the fumaroles, or head to the mountain’s highest point for a priceless view over the island. Pantelleria has wonderfully clear water, a lovely breezy climate that never gets too hot, and beautiful forests that, fortunately, escaped this summer’s fires. Staying at La Kuddia makes for a different, fascinating, and unforgettable holiday.
