B&B Miralonga Valle Lao

The view from this charming place is breathtaking, and everything is surrounded by greenery and quiet. Coming from a big city, we found the village setting almost surreal at first, but also enchanting and pure. The owners’ warm, family-style welcome helped us settle in straight away, while still being professional throughout our stay. Our room and the whole property were extremely clean. Breakfast was generous and full of typical local food. The owners were never intrusive, but were always happy to answer our questions about the area and suggest places to visit. Their devotion and passion for guests and their home really made our stay memorable. We’ll be back very soon to your fantastic village and property. We’d choose you again countless times.

Dinner was full of lovingly made food at fair prices, and the hostess was incredibly kind. She kept us company with stories about local life and lots of history. We couldn't eat outside and enjoy the panoramic town view that evening, unfortunately, but otherwise I highly recommend the place. The atmosphere felt welcoming and authentic.

The B&B has a gorgeous view over town, and the owners are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There are different setups for overnight stays, from doubles to groups of five. You can arrange dinner with the owners. For €15 per person we had traditional dishes, bruschetta, mixed grilled meats, and drinks. Dessert, coffee, and liqueurs cost extra. The sweet and savory breakfast buffet was spectacular. When booking, ask the owners about options for celiacs or other intolerances. Top 👍

After a long hike we stopped for lunch and tried the starters, pasta, wine, and María Assunta's desserts. Everything tasted delicious, with great quality food and warm hospitality. We loved the views over Papasidero as much as the meal. Thanks, Maria Assunta. We hope to come back.
