We spent three nights here and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The rooms are stylish, modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a different selection each day, all carefully chosen and lovingly prepared. In spring the area around Parabita is beautiful, with flower fields stretching into the distance and a peaceful feeling far from the crowds. We’d happily come back and highly recommend it.

We booked at the last minute on a bit of a whim and were amazed by how wonderful the stay was. Marco and Richard made it unforgettable with their personal touch. They’re warm people and great storytellers, with so much soul and integrity. Marco greeted us with white wine and treated us to another drink during our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day, with nightly turndown service, and they provided lovely linen beach bags with towels. The toiletries were Grown Alchemist. And the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. There was croissant, granola and nuts with yoghurt, fresh peaches and raspberries, diplomat cream pudding with strawberries, grilled aubergine with mozarella, fresh focaccia from the local bakery, burrata and tomato salad, shakshuka, coffee, and a fresh carrot, ginger, and orange booster juice. They brought it all on beautiful locally made ceramic dishes. I’m sure I’ve forgotten some things. It was basically a seven-course breakfast, all top quality, and they barely mention it on their website. We’ll definitely be back!! xx

We’d return without hesitation and will certainly recommend it to friends traveling in the region. Breakfasts were generous and tasty, and Richard and Marco, the lovely owners, went above and beyond with recommendations, bookings, and their deep local knowledge. The Palazzo has elegant spaces, a peaceful pool courtyard, and interiors that show a real love of art and design. A special stay.

The rooms were spotless and beautiful, the breakfast abundant and delicious, and the pool just right for a refreshing dip. We wished we could have stayed longer. Palazzo Piccinno feels like a calm oasis in a beautiful town, thoughtfully put together and genuinely welcoming. The hospitality was personal and exceptionally warm, and we felt well cared for throughout. Thanks for such a memorable stay.

We stayed at Palazzo Piccino in Parabita before and after a family wedding, after the organizers listed it among their preferred places. It was a great choice. From booking and payment to the updates and welcome on arrival, Richard and Marco made me feel as if I’d known them for ages. Hilaria greeted us at the Palazzo with such a friendly manner that we immediately felt we were in a wonderful, family-friendly place, the kind of feeling every traveler appreciates. The owners and hosts, Marco and Ricardo, have created a beautiful establishment, with fascinating, comfortable, dreamy rooms and beds that make a good night’s rest feel like a free extra. Breakfasts were unforgettable, with plenty of fresh local food, lovely flavors, and combinations to suit every guest. In the courtyard, a pool sits beside a majestic plane tree. We sometimes met there for a swim and a few glasses of good wine served by our hosts. We’d come to explore Puglia, in southern Italy, a beautiful region with wonderful beaches, endless old olive groves and other fruit trees, lovely towns, and extraordinary people. For anyone visiting this area near Lecce and the beaches of Gallipoli, I’d recommend considering this place. There are only four rooms, and you feel like royalty. Thank you, Marco and Ricardo, for your friendship. We hope to see you again soon. Manolo Centeno and family.
