The owner was very kind and helpful, and the location is great, with parking nearby. My small apartment was lovely, well equipped and super clean. It was very well maintained overall. The only downside was that the otherwise beautiful bedroom felt a little damp. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed in the ground-floor apartment for a couple of days during the Franciacorta Festival. The owner's mother greeted us warmly, showed us around and had a nice chat with us. The house is beautiful and carefully kept, and there's a fantastic shared cellar. Our apartment was spacious and spotless, with a simple style that suited the rest of the house. The owner made light fixtures from wooden wine crates from local wineries, and used painted wooden boxes as towel cupboards in the very roomy bathroom. Cute and practical. The entrance leads straight into a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, sink and built-in gas stove in what looks like a fairly new modular unit. There's also a small but adequate TV and a very comfortable sofa. The bedroom is unusual: the bed is attached to the wall, with no legs on the floor, and two thick ropes at its foot hang from the exposed beams, secured by thick iron rods. It was very comfortable. The split air conditioning can heat or cool the apartment. Highly recommended.

We came for the AICS National Artistic Gymnastics Championships, where our daughter competed. The gymnasts stayed in the Luna apartment and their families in the Sole apartment. Both apartments are lovely, full of thoughtful details and original furnishings, and impeccably clean. The owner and her mother were welcoming, friendly and easy to talk to, and you can see how much they care about their work. We recommend staying here, it's worth it. It even seemed to bring us luck at the competition... 🥇🥈🥉

There are a bar, pastry shop and pizzeria nearby, and the setting is convenient. We stayed in the upper-floor apartment in this charming, well-kept complex, a few kilometers from Lake Iseo. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.
