The hotel has just the right size for meeting people without feeling crowded, and the staff are kind and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had at a spa hotel. I can highly recommend the yoga classes. A top experience!

I’m still thinking about this place. The restaurant alone was incredible, Michelin star level to me, with balanced flavors, great ingredients sourced locally when possible, and meat, fish, or vegetarian choices. Nothing was too spicy, salty, or sweet, and the desserts were amazing. We’d recommend taking half board. The staff were attentive, capable, always smiling, and quick to help or anticipate what we needed. The two jacuzzis, five pools, saunas, massages, and other facilities were new, well maintained, and never too crowded. There were daily activities, from yoga to walking and cycling excursions. Our room was cleaned every day, and some rooms have spectacular views. Waking up to snowy mountains was hard to beat. Considering the service, price, facilities, and especially the cuisine, this is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ll definitely return in summer for a different experience, and I’m sure the highlights will still be there. Hats off to this family business, and I wish them all the best!

I loved the views and the location, and our room was really nice inside with an awesome outlook. The staff were kind and friendly, no complaints there. It did get very warm at night, but we still had a lovely stay and I’d go out of my way to come back.

The team and management looked after us really well from the start. We got great tips for bike tours and places to visit, and our bikes were kept safely in a locked room. The rooms are great, and the morning and evening service was perfect. Meals were light and varied enough to let us try local products. We recommend this place.
