The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is great. The hotel itself was average, though, and breakfast could definitely be better. The most disappointing thing was that there wasn’t a croissant I’d call acceptable.

We felt at ease throughout our four days here at the end of July. This is a lovely family-run hotel, with spacious, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive the whole time. We’d love to come back!

The breakfast had everything we could want, and the hotel’s own farm cellar is well worth visiting. It’s quaint, pleasantly cool in summer, and serves delicious food. The hotel is friendly and family-run, and they’re always happy to answer questions and hear suggestions. Our rooms were beautifully furnished, and the balcony had a fantastic view over the valley and Partschins. The spot at the edge of town is lovely and quiet. The only small drawback for us was that, with the high temperatures, there was no way to cool the room down, especially at bedtime, though that’s really just nitpicking. We were here last week and had a wonderful holiday. Thank you! 👍

The balcony had a broad view across the Merano Valley, and the room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a good bed and a practical bathroom. The whole place feels recently renovated, with everything looked after and a South Tyrolean feel still intact. Annelene made us feel at home with her quiet, generous kindness. She was attentive and courteous throughout. Breakfast was generous and had everything, including options for food intolerances. The bright, spacious breakfast room was lovely too. The hotel is small, peaceful, right in the center of Parcines, and has plenty of parking. I was completely satisfied and highly recommend it.
