The house is lovingly run by the second generation, and it shows. Set quietly at the edge of the apple orchards, it's still easy to get around, and the landlords are relaxed, friendly, and always ready with help or advice. This is a clear recommendation for anyone after space, comfort, and a chance to relax. The holiday apartment is beautiful and genuinely roomy, with everything in generous supply. There are three balconies, two especially big ones for breakfast or dinner, so you can choose sun or shade and enjoy the view. The kitchen has a regular coffee maker plus a capsule machine, kettle, toaster, a proper freezer, loads of cookware, and enough dishes and glasses for a whole guesthouse. Both bathrooms are new and modern, with two showers, two toilets, and a bathtub.

Partschins is a great base for hikes at every difficulty level, whether on foot or by e-bike, and for shopping trips too. The local restaurants look very tempting. Inside, the place is really comfortable, with everything provided, and the mountain view reaches all the way to Merano. We also had great communication with the very friendly landlady. Around here, even restaurants are easy to contact through WhatsApp. I agree with what the previous reviewers said.

We spent two weeks here and never needed the car. Our landlady gave us a guest card that covered all buses and local trains for free, along with entry to various museums, including the Ötzi Museum in Bolzano, and castles. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, and our friendly landlady had lots of tips for nearby activities. Partschins is a handy starting point for hiking, biking, sightseeing, or walking along the irrigation canals, with several good restaurants only a few minutes away on foot. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete furnishings, and three balconies overlooking apple orchards, mountains, and Merano. The price-performance ratio was very good, so we can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We'd love to come back. The owners live downstairs and are very friendly and easy to reach. It's a good fit for guests who want a quiet evening to get ready for the next day, and who appreciate being considerate. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, three balconies, and plenty of space for four people, possibly more. Partschins sits in a prime spot on the southern edge of the village, with Tyrol Castle, Merano city center, and Forst Brewery nearby. For cycling, you can choose e-bikes, mountain bikes, or road bikes, and the nearest cable car is an easy walk away. Irrigation channel paths and hiking trails start right outside, with more trails within a 30-minute drive.

The location, amenities, and apartment were all top-notch. Our landlady was really friendly, and we felt very comfortable during a fantastic holiday. We'll be back!
