Residence Sonnenburger

The location was so quiet, with a fantastic view from every window and the balcony. Bus connections were good and easy to reach, and we also appreciated free use of the local outdoor swimming pool. Parking was covered and right behind the house. We felt at home as soon as our friendly hosts welcomed us. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and a perfect place to stay. We’d love to return.

We could walk to bus stops, a supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, and hiking trails from this lovely central spot. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had a huge balcony with panoramic views. The owner was very nice and dog friendly. Covered parking for the car was a real plus in summer. Great value, highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.

The large terrace was a lovely place to eat, with panoramic views. The apartments are bright and pleasant, furnished with Ariosto furniture and equipped with the essentials. Everything was very clean, and the owner was helpful, discreet, and friendly. There’s a small supermarket nearby, and it’s a starting point for hikes and excursions of all levels in both summer and winter.

The Sonnenburger is well placed for visiting the Merano and Bolzano markets, and Forst brewery is only a five-minute drive away for traditional Tyrolean food and good beer. The apartments feel warm and welcoming, with all the comforts you need, and the terrace has a lovely view.
