Parghelia worked really well as a base for exploring the area, with Tropea about a five-minute drive away and the nearest beach roughly a ten-minute walk. We were very happy with our stay, especially as a family. The apartments come in different sizes, and there's a pool and a spacious garden with sun loungers. The place itself is lovely. Our one complaint was the fairly loud music from the resort next door between 10 pm and midnight. Now and then, we could also hear passing cars and trains.

Our apartment was spotless and on the top floor, with a sea view and a terrace overlooking the lovely garden. On a clear day, you could even see Stromboli. The complex was very well looked after and had a great parking area. We spent a wonderful week at Villa Giulia. Its location in Tropea was fantastic, with all those beautiful beaches within walking distance. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, and getting by in English or with gestures was no problem at all ;).

We stayed for the first half of September and came away with lovely memories of our time on the COSTA DEGLI DEI. The place is conveniently situated for reaching the many seaside and fashionable spots nearby, as well as Tropea a few kilometers away. Our recently renovated accommodation was charming, with a private patio or terrace, a personal barbecue, and a Jacuzzi. The well-kept greenery all around made it easy to relax in peace. Mrs. IVANA is the kind and gracious person behind it all, always discreetly ready to help with guests' requests. HER BEAUTIFUL FAMILY welcomed us with such warmth and generosity that OUR CIRCLE OF FRIENDS grew too. We will ALWAYS treasure this splendid Calabrian holiday, and hope to enjoy this Calabrese enchantment with them again. Wishing the whole family much prosperity. AD MAIORA!!!!

The excellent location made it easy to reach lovely beaches and explore Calabria, and the splendid, well-kept park was a pleasure to come back to. We spent all of August in the Villa Giulia cottage, where Ivana and her wonderful family treated us to priceless hospitality. The holiday just flew by, and we highly recommend it.
