The station is very close, and the landlady was helpful. She furnished the apartment for longer stays. The neighborhood has a mix of people from around the country, but we had no problems. The smell was awful, though. Even on the 8th floor, restaurant food odors downstairs got into the apartment and all our belongings. The bed creaked with the slightest movement. Those were serious problems for us, so I’m giving it 3 stars.
