For roughly nine thousand rubles a day, I found this apartment far too expensive for what it was. It’s on the second floor, with a door rubbing on the right and a drawer on it. The room hadn’t been cleaned, and even basic things were missing. There was nothing to clean with, no rags or washing capsules, and no kettle, tea, or sugar. The cat just arrived for guests. We were two people, but there were only two towels, one small and one large. When I asked for more because we were going to the living room, they ignored me, and my request for a floor rag was ignored too. The bedding was awful: a thin blanket with no duvet cover or even a sheet beneath it, another blanket on top, and one washed-out sheet. Everything looked old, from the TV to the closets. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to friends or acquaintances.

We picked this studio because we needed to be near the hospital, and its entrance is only a few meters away. Getting around on foot was easy, and the apartment was spotless with all the comforts we needed. There was free Wi-Fi and a TV, kitchen basics, plus a bathroom kit with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. The third bed was a very large pull-out sofa. I stayed for two nights with two other people, and we were absolutely delighted with the value for money. Mr. Marek was friendly and always available with advice. We arrived very early, but he made sure we had a room and accommodated our requests without any trouble. I’d choose this place again if I return, and I highly recommend it.

The host and staff were kind and really helpful. We found the apartment modern and very clean, with a super comfortable bed and sofa bed. It’s also very close to the main hospital and handy for the Piccole figlie clinic where we were staying.

The owners are courteous and ready to help with whatever’s needed. The apartments are kept clean and carefully managed, with kitchenettes and everything needed for a short or longer stay. They’re in a recently built apartment building near Parma's Maggiore Hospital, and offer comfortable accommodation at affordable prices for two or three people. City amenities are easy to reach, with the center about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away. Kudos to Marek!

Mr. Marek was very kind and took the time to answer all our questions. The apartments are bright, clean, and have every comfort. They’re also very close to Parma's main hospital.
