The facilities were okay, but the hostel staff made the whole price issue very unpleasant. We found a room on hostelworld at a particular rate, then called to confirm both the price and availability. Despite that, the staff started gaslighting us. The pricing felt opaque.

Abeer and Omayma were so kind and made us feel at home. The service and welcome were truly excellent. Fantastic stay, and I'd highly recommend this hostel. 🌟

The staff were nice, and the train station is close by. That's about all I can praise. The area wasn't great, the place looked nothing like the pictures, and it was far too expensive for what it offered. On arrival I was told cash was the only payment option. There was just one bathroom for everyone, no lockers for belongings, and more beds than the pictures showed. The first night my bed was crammed right beside another, less than a centimeter away, with no room to move it. The next night I was put in a room with more people than I'd booked for. During my stay, they cancelled my reservation through Hostelworld so they could take payment off the books and stop me from reviewing them. Definitely avoid it if you can, or spend a little more on somewhere worth the money.

The location made getting to public transport and local attractions easy, and everything I needed was there. The facilities were clean and well kept. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly that I felt at home straight away. I had an amazing stay at Europe station rooms and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable visit. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in town!
