Residence Parmigianino

I need some information.

The room had the basics I needed, including a courtesy kit, gas stove, and fridge with a freezer, and the staff were friendly. We were welcomed by the receptionist, who shared some local information when we arrived. I stayed for three days in early May. The beds were uncomfortable, though, and I had two sleepless nights. If they improved those, the place would be even better. Best regards.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a large balcony and a TV in the room. It's well placed if you're coming from the train station, and you can easily walk to the city center. I stayed at Residence Parmigianino for two nights, and especially appreciated how helpful, friendly, and polite the staff were, particularly Maria Beatrice.

Private parking and friendly staff were the only real positives. It wasn't exactly central, and the old, shabby building felt cluttered and badly maintained. The room smelled like canteen or hospital food when I arrived. The tiny elevator didn't help. The old floor had sharp edges; it might have been clean, but didn't look it. The bathroom was awful, with a very small shower and only a fixed showerhead, no adjustable hand shower, which was inconvenient. There were no toiletries. Luckily, I'd kept a shower cap from the B&B where I'd stayed the night before. The kitchen was run down, and the spring mattress was so uncomfortable I could feel the springs in my back. Breakfast wasn't included, and I wouldn't have eaten there anyway. A terrible experience. I really don't recommend it.
