The apartment is right in the centre, yet it stays quiet, and there’s a small garden where you can relax. The owner is warm, charming, and always helpful. Hope to see him again. If I’m in Parma, I’d stay here.

The best part is how much it feels like coming home when you return to the property. We’ve stayed several times and are always glad to come back, with Massimiliano consistently attentive and helpful. The rooms are spotless and the service is very efficient. It’s handy for the city centre, public transport, and all the shops you need. The station is just a five-minute bus ride away. I highly recommend it. Top rating! Franco, Paola, and Francesco.

I’ve stayed here several times for both work and family trips, and I’ll be back as soon as I can. The place is central in Parma and close to all amenities, and the owner is always extremely helpful. The attention to detail is meticulous. The latest renovation has made the quality and comfort even better. I recommend it to anyone spending a night or two in the city.

The apartment we rented felt a bit depressing and was in need of a refresh. The windows and furnishings look dated, and the lighting is poor, especially in the dull, dim bathroom.

Apartment 4 had everything we needed, and the landlord was fantastic and available for anything. The accommodation is beautiful and ideal for visiting Parma, right in the centre. There’s a parking garage about 250m away. Highly recommended.
