Nino, our host, was caring and incredibly helpful, and his tips made our trip easier and more enjoyable. The apartment was clean, reasonably priced, and had everything we needed, though it wasn’t anything special. We also got a baby cot and high chair at no extra cost. The garden and pool are stunning. Sitting on the terrace each evening to look at the lit pool and the palms became our routine, if only the mosquitoes hadn’t joined us. ;)

We needed a car to get around, but the peace and quiet made that worthwhile. The garden is a real gem, full of well-kept trees, flowers, and plants, and the pool was kept very clean. Gabriella and Nino are lovely hosts, and Nino was always available. For restaurant ideas or somewhere good to eat, he’s the person to ask. We stayed for thirteen days at Isola del Sole, and the two apartments worked perfectly for us as two couples: each couple had their own place, but we were all together at one location. Both have pleasant terraces overlooking the pool, while the owners live in the rest of the villa. The apartments stayed cool even in the heat, so we didn’t need the air conditioning. They’re well equipped, and the location is peaceful, yet the coast is about 1 km away and the highway isn’t far. Highly recommended.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the apartment, garden, and swimming pool were all very nice. It’s not far from the airport, restaurants, or beaches. Highly recommended.
