Malosco worked well as a base for getting to the local Christmas markets, and the hostess was kind and helpful. We spent two nights at Casa Pioncla over the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The place was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, so we'd recommend it.

The apartment was lovely and had everything furnished, though those hard beds take some getting used to. We had another wonderful holiday, with great views and beautiful places to visit for day trips. The Mendel Pass, Penegal, Roen, Merano, Bolzano, Eppan Castle, and Tyrol Castle are all under an hour away by car. Just pure nature, that's the real South Tyrol. Thanks, Alessandra!
