Tra lago e collina

We were welcomed warmly, and check-in and check-out times were flexible. The apartment is huge and very clean, with three big bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a nostalgic feel of an earlier Italy. The road up is narrow but paved. A great base for visiting Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding area.

Our family, dog included, had a wonderful holiday here, and it's a great choice for a large family trip. The house is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, with everything you could need. It's dog-friendly, just five minutes from Passignano and an hour from the other towns. Mrs. Rachele was courteous and helpful. The farmhouse portion has three bedrooms, one double and two singles, plus a double sofa bed. There is a dining room, a TV room, and an eat-in kitchen with a lovely view of Lake Trasimeno. That kitchen has a fireplace, oven, and dishwasher. Downstairs, there is also a large entrance hall and another kitchen with a fireplace. Each floor has two bathrooms. For winter, there are two boilers, one per floor. The house has absolutely everything. It's truly a great place, and I highly recommend it.

Just a little farther up the hill from Passignano, this large, beautiful house really does have everything a family or group of friends might need. It's a bit rustic, exactly as it should be.

The host was punctual and courteous, and the farmhouse has been renovated with real style. I loved walking the old tracks through the woods and olive groves, with the lake in view. The cypress-lined drive is 3 km long, and the beautiful Villa and Tenuta del Pischiello nearby is a historic residence now used as a modern automotive research center.
