The location worked well, with a reasonably short walk to the main ski lifts and the hire shop. The food was plentiful at breakfast and dinner, though we nearly had to share a table with another couple because there weren’t enough tables. I’d have expected one table per room. For a budget hotel it wasn’t too bad, but the room decor felt dated and the walls were so thin we could hear our neighbours arguing 😀.

The staff were lovely, which was about the only bright spot. I wasn’t served on most nights, the food wasn’t great, and the room had no heating. Hot water came and went, the bathroom door broke several times, and every time I tried to use a plug, the power went out across the whole second floor.

Dinner was very good, with a nice choice of local wines. Breakfast was basic, though fine if cereal is enough for you. The rooms were okay, but the walls are very thin. Good value, and I’d be happy to stay again.

Friendly, helpful staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner both had plenty to choose from. The slopes are under a 10-minute walk away, so it’s a well-located hotel and great value for the money.

The food was good, the staff were nice, and drinks at the hotel bar were cheap. The walls are paper thin, and when kids are staying they run around screaming all day with no discipline.
