Hotel La Torretta

Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious, and the staff and owners were fantastic and welcoming. It's a family-friendly hotel, with quiet rooms and comfortable mattresses. The location right by the slopes is great for skiers and for companions who don't ski. The spa and wellness area is great too, with saunas and a fitness room that's available to guests.

The ski lifts are just a short, easy walk away, and the hotel is amazing. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Can't recommend it enough.

The owner was extremely offensive and unpleasant, and the experience was terrible. Our mom had broken her leg and couldn't come downstairs for breakfast, so we paid for an extra meal to take to her room. The waiters gave us a takeaway box and even helped fill it, knowing our mom and the situation. We absolutely did not fill our backpacks. We didn't even have backpacks, and the hotel's cameras could show that if needed. Even though we had paid specifically for the meal, the owner took the food from our hands and yelled that we were stealing. We had to beg and explain that we'd paid, but he still refused to listen. It was only a takeaway box with an omelette. After I left this review, he threatened us with a lawsuit, as you can see in his comment. We stand by what we did and what we wrote, and can easily prove that we paid and didn't steal anything, especially with the security footage from the hotel and restaurant. P.S. Our waiters were amazing and helpful.

Really bad restaurant. The food was unacceptable: the pasta was bad, the carbonara was bad, and the burger was terrible. The soup was the only thing that was more or less good. Nice staff, though.
