Getting to the slopes, shops, après-ski and ski office was easy, all just a few minutes away. We felt at home and very welcome at this family-run hotel, and the people, service and food were all amazing. Dinner was delicious, with lots of choice, good variety, and fresh vegetables. The small spa had a nice atmosphere and was very well equipped. Our short ski break was all the better for staying here. We'd definitely come back. Thank you!

Dinner was a highlight, and I really appreciated having vegetables included in the meals. At this family-owned hotel, the staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help with anything we needed, so it felt like a home away from home. The ski lifts are close by, which made getting onto the slopes easy and the trip more enjoyable. I'd highly recommend it for a memorable holiday. Thanks to the whole team of Presena for making our stay so special.

The staff were so kind and helpful, especially when we had a medical issue. They cared for us and arranged a doctor visit. With the family-owned feel, we felt right at home, and being close to the ski lifts meant we didn't have to walk far in the cold. We had a really nice stay and would definitely come back.
