We planned to stay three nights and ended up spending eight. Serena and her family are incredibly friendly and hardworking, and the staff were lovely too. Breakfast was amazing, and the pool was just right. The products from their farm were out of this world. We stayed in their cassette with our two little ones, aged 1 and 3, and they loved it. There were lots of cherries and lots of animals. If we’re near Garda or Verona again, we’ll definitely come back. Thanks, Serena and family, from Willem, Suzanne, Evy and Bo.

For a one-night stay, this was great. The little Agricamping near Lake Garda is affordable and clean, with very friendly hosts and clean washrooms. There are four van spots, though three would probably be ideal. They let us check out a little later to work around our baby’s schedule. The wineyard is beautiful. You can hear that it’s close to the highway, but it wasn’t too noisy at night.

The host was super friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. Our room was small but clean and well cooled. The place itself is nice, though it felt crowded, with mobile homes along the side and three camping guest houses squeezed into a small area. The wardrobe had no coat hangers, and one of the lights over the bed didn’t work. We’d paid for the whole casetta, but were told not to use the kitchen. We didn’t plan to cook, but while I was unwell I needed herbal tea during the day and couldn’t make any because there was nowhere to boil water. The pool was great, but small for the number of guests, and there weren’t enough umbrellas for all the sun beds. The pool area also closed to everyone at 6pm. That was a shame during Italy’s extraordinary heat wave, when it was still 35 degrees at that time. Because of my health, we had to leave and couldn’t experience the property’s best room. We had a really lovely weekend at Agriturismo Serena. The surroundings are beautiful, and Serena and her family were such warm hosts, going above and beyond for their guests. They make lots of delicious food themselves for breakfast, and also have a shop called KM 0 (Kilometro ZERO). The rooms aren’t luxurious, so look elsewhere if that’s what you want. But if you’re after a cosy, spacious, clean room, this is a great fit. It’s near Lake Garda, Gardaland, Movieland and Safari park, so it works well as a base. We were absolutely stunned by how lovely it was.
